Eve Michelle is a professional registered yoga teacher with over 2000 hours of teaching experience (Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500). She loves to teach her classes in a way that is fun and safe for everyone. Her classes are a good mix of developing strength and flexibility, but also of the necessary relaxation through breath work, meditation and yoga nidra. Given her background in both Raja and Pralaya yoga, she mixes the traditional with the non-traditional. A truly wonderful way to balance body, mind and spirit. You can follow her online live yoga classes from anywhere you like, using a laptop, tablet or mobile phone.
