Hi! My name is Eve Michelle and I’m a professional registered yoga teacher with over 2000 hours of teaching experience (Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500). I love to teach my classes in a way that is fun and safe for everyone. These yoga classes are a good mix of developing strength and flexibility, but also of the necessary relaxation through breath work, meditation and yoga nidra. I have a background in both Raja and Pralaya yoga, so I mix the traditional with the non-traditional. For me this is a truly wonderful way to balance body, mind and spirit. You can follow my online live yoga classes from anywhere you like, using a laptop, tablet or mobile phone.
